Crime Leads

Crime leads are found by players during missions. They allow the party to unlock new money making opportunities, jobs, and heists.

Crime leads will be assigned one of 3 information levels.

• Obscure
• Plausible
• Verified

Crime leads will be assigned one of 3 heat levels.

• Cold - Leads will need lots of setup and planning, can be worked on and executed at any time.
• Warm - Leads will need setup and planning, but still have a time limit before they disappear.
• Hot - Leads that are hot are on an extremely fixed time. there may not be time for any planning.
